I had a delightful stay at Banff Springs Hotel! The room was beautifully decorated, with a cozy corner perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my experience memorable. The surroundings were breathtaking, with stunning mountain views from the terrace, making every moment special.

The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during my stay.

Had a lovely two-night stay! The warm reception made us feel welcome, and the quiet room allowed us to relax completely. Enjoyed a fantastic avocado and smoked salmon salad at the restaurant. it was a perfect choice for gluten-free options. Highly recommend exploring the menu!

It was just a decent option for a lightning trip in Banff with value for money. The mixed grill I had was excellent, and they adapted a dish for my coeliac daughter smoothly. Keep an eye out for meal options if you have dietary restrictions.
